This Privacy Policy describes how Noxira Road 3D (the "app"), released by CHIGNE, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Noxira Road 3D neither gathers, stores nor transmits any personal data to CHIGNE or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, includes no analytics, and uses no external crash‑reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and contains no advertising SDKs or third‑party tracking components.
We do not sell, distribute, or otherwise share personal information.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any data involved is handled locally on your device.

Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate under their respective policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from minors. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that threshold applies. Parents may contact munltwila@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because the app does not collect data, deleting it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use the content of your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is entirely immune to risk, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is amended, the updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
